Is operating Platina Energy Group’s Young County, Texas lease that was acquired in 2006. Included in the acquisition were 22 well bores in disrepair. The Company has since begun an extensive re-work program that has brought production back on line in 4 of these wells plus drilling three additional wells that are in different stages of completion.

Based on the most recent data, the Company has decided to re-plot the property and bring in new technology that will optimize production across the existing wells and for future wells to be drilled. Although production has been limited to date, considerable reserves are estimated in the formation owned by Platina and the Company continues to produce oil on a daily basis.

Estimated production for the average well is 1-10 barrels per day. However, historical records suggest that this production can be increased significantly through various deployments of technology and diagnostic methods for nominal cost. The Company will be increasing production throughout 2008.
